Thomas Ralph Posted March 25, 2016 at 09:14 AM Report Share Posted March 25, 2016 at 09:14 AM It is usual for a board at each board meeting to approve the minutes of the previous board meeting. if the general membership meetings are more than about three months apart, then it is usual for those meetings to appoint some group such as the board to approve its meeting minutes, as by the time of the next meeting folks are likely to have forgotten what was done. Kim Goldsworthy Posted March 25, 2016 at 10:00 AM Report Share Posted March 25, 2016 at 10:00 AM If the draft minutes are not in a condition ready for adoption, then "No." (There may be errors, gaps, or personal commentary, embedded in the draft minutes. Amendments may be necessary. Then the draft minutes will be ready for adoption.) *** Q. If a condo board does not amend, and adopt, their draft minutes, then what does the condo board think is the next-best alternative? No minutes at all? How is that possibly a better plan that correcting the draft minutes?
