Guest Larry Posted April 6, 2016 at 05:44 PM Report Share Posted April 6, 2016 at 05:44 PM Our constitution provides for an executive committee of officers, the President 2 Vice Presidents, 2secretaries and Treasurer. It also states that the officers and the 20+ standing committee chairs comprise the Board of Directors. Section 46 ll 10-12 says as an option that the Nominating Committee should be elected by the executive board in cases where elections the membership is not possible. Section 49 p 481-482 says that the Board of Directors is the executive board. is ROHR's referring to the entire Board of Directors when they suggest that the executive board select the nominating committee? Thank you.
