Guest Tim Harris Posted February 1, 2017 at 09:53 PM Report Share Posted February 1, 2017 at 09:53 PM Hi Folks, I take the Minutes at our food cooperative Monthly General Meeting. An activist at our Monthly General Meeting has claimed several months in a row, that, "...we have asked for a vote (for XYZ agenda item) in May of 2015. It is now January 2017. That is 20 months of institutional avoidance...". Is this a an accusation that should/could be recorded in the Minutes? The only people who could officially make a decision to avoid scheduling a vote are our Agenda Committee (who schedules the votes) and our General Coordinators (who are paid administrators). Thanks!!
