Guest Don Posted June 20, 2017 at 05:03 AM Report Share Posted June 20, 2017 at 05:03 AM Can members of an organization, who are not elected to the Board, permitted to discuss items that were discussed at a regularly scheduled Board meeting with other members of the organization who were unable to attend the Board meeting? Kim Goldsworthy Posted June 20, 2017 at 05:06 AM Report Share Posted June 20, 2017 at 05:06 AM Q. Was EXECUTIVE SESSION (a.k.a. "closed session" or "in camera session" or "secret session") invoked inside the board meeting? *** By default, there is no parliamentary rule of "secrecy". But some organizations (yours?) do have customized rules in place, saying otherwise.

Unless the meeting was held in executive session, no rule in RONR would prohibit it.
