A couple of questions for you first: Has your organization adopted Robert's Rules of Order as its parliamentary authority? How frequently are these meetings held? When you say that there was "no vote on the agenda", do you mean no vote on the agenda item that was added or do you really mean that no vote was taken to adopt the agenda in the first place? Joshua Katz Posted November 3, 2017 at 02:57 PM Report Share Posted November 3, 2017 at 02:57 PM So all the meeting did was amend the proposed agenda, and then adjourn?
