If you are referring to adding such notes to the minutes, the answer is no, it's not acceptable, but neither, most likely, is inclusion of the questions asked.

Perhaps we can be of more assistance if additional facts are provided.

You place us in the unenviable position of needing to imagine everything from what sort of organization you are down to what you propose to add these "notes" to.

It would not be appropriate to add such things to the minutes.  The minutes are a record of what was done, and are not intended as a communication tool to the membership (presuming that's the purpose of the notes).  Including extraneous material just makes it harder to find what you're looking for when you need it.

Although RONR has little to add, it seems to me that things like this are better handled by other means, such as a newsletter or web site.
