Guest huskerborn Posted January 17, 2018 at 02:32 PM Report Share Posted January 17, 2018 at 02:32 PM Our C & B states elected officials take office at the regular yearly membership meeting. However this year the meeting has been schedule 3 months later than normal. Can an exception Not an amendment be made to take office at an earlier date than the later than normal meeting of the membership?
Guest Who's Coming to Dinner Posted January 17, 2018 at 02:44 PM Report Share Posted January 17, 2018 at 02:44 PM No, it cannot. Any such action would be null and void because it violates the bylaws.
