Guest Assistant Secretary Posted April 18, 2018 at 05:14 PM Report Share Posted April 18, 2018 at 05:14 PM I read under minutes “ when a question is considered informally, the same information should be recorded under the regular rules, since the only informality in the proceedings is in the debate” Does this refer to questions asked by the board only? Can someone please clarify what this refers to?

If you substitue "motion" for "question," the passage may make more sense to you.
