Presenting the revised bylaws to the assembly. Seriatim, Article by article, paragraph by paragraph. The assembly will vote by majority on each article. The correct procedure is spelled out on pages 278-79 (RONR, 11th ed.). After reviewing what is said there, post any further questions you my have.
