Proxy offers 2 options: Assign to existing homeowner (insert name on form) Or assign to HOA Board--check one. 2 of our board members have agreed to re-run for office. HOA members were informed of that in 2nd notice of meeting. No other homeowners have ability to inform other homeowners of an intention to run for open positions except at annual meeting.
