How to run Elections for first time with no opposition for seats

We are a relatively new and small board and are formally holding elections for Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer.  Our nomination committee has determined that there has been only one person nominated for each position.  If our bylaws do not formally state language about the election by ballot, how do we proceed?

After the nominating committee reports the floor must be open to further nominations.  If there are none:

"If only one person is nominated and the bylaws do not require that a ballot vote be taken, the chair, after ensuring that, in fact, no members present wish to make further nominations, simply declares that the nominee is elected, thus effecting the election by unanimous consent or "acclamation.""  RONR (11th ed.), p. 443

The answer depends on whether further nominations are offered from the floor.  If your bylaws do no mandate a ballot vote, then if you are left with but one nominee for an office, the chair may announce that the sole nominee is elected by acclamation.
