President / Chairperson engaging is abusive behavior towards another member

 What should be done when the president or chair person is behaving in such a way that intimidates belittles embarrasses humiliates another member during a meeting... and also makes character assassination style accusations, implications of wrongdoing of another member, and refuses to provide evidence for the accusations?

The other members are apathetic towards the abusive treatment,  and there is no process for submitting a grievance against a board member or officer.

You’ll need to change this in order to find any parliamentary resolution to this issue.

Agreeing with both Mr. Harrison and Mr. Martin, RONR provides procedures for dealing with these types of issues, but it is first up to the membership to want to do something about it.

On the other hand, it's entirely possible that the membership is apathetic because they don't know that there are remedies available. I'd recommend making contact with some other members and seeing if they'd be interested in drumming up support.
