Emma Schneider Posted May 3, 2019 at 12:15 AM Report Share Posted May 3, 2019 at 12:15 AM Are there "notes" taken in Executive Session? I know these are not published with the Minutes, but I am told that a secretary is appointed by the chairman/president, specifically for this session to take notes. Joshua Katz Posted May 3, 2019 at 12:39 AM Report Share Posted May 3, 2019 at 12:39 AM Minutes are taken (by the secretary - and if a secretary pro tem is needed, one is elected, not appointed) but they are kept and approved separately from the regular minutes. They are also approved in executive session (and the minutes of that executive session, which will be short, should be approved within that session).
