What number of members delineate a small vs large assembly?  Thanks in advance.

Generally, RONR defines a small assembly as one which has not more than about a dozen members, although we may be able to provide more specific guidance if you could clarify the reason for this question.

Hi Josh,

Thanks for the reply! We are in the process of creating a Resident Council (from scratch) in our retirement community and while reading through the 11th edition, we could not find the magical number.  Our membership body is projected to be around 108 in total, but overwhelming comprised of Septuagenarians and Octogenarians...

The magical number is not more than about a dozen, but this (for all relevant purposes) relates to the size of your Council. It has nothing to do with the size of your total membership.
