Don Shaffer Posted June 6, 2019 at 02:11 AM Report Share Posted June 6, 2019 at 02:11 AM If a motion is made and is not seconded, can it be reintroduced later, in the same meeting with a second?

Don Shaffer Posted June 6, 2019 at 02:21 AM Author Report Share Posted June 6, 2019 at 02:21 AM is there a reference point in the Rules that supports that?
Atul Kapur Posted June 6, 2019 at 03:22 AM Report Share Posted June 6, 2019 at 03:22 AM "The rules restricting renewal of motions also do not apply to any motion that dies for lack of a second. Although such a motion is not treated as if it had never been made, it too is a motion which the assembly was not called upon to decide, and thus it too may be renewed whenever it would originally be in order to make it."
