Clay Rembert Posted June 6, 2019 at 07:12 PM Report Share Posted June 6, 2019 at 07:12 PM (edited) Hi, We are still in the building stage and our officers are all new at their respective positions. One unanswered question that has arisen is, where should we look to find a comprehensive meeting minutes "template" from an actual meeting of a non-profit? Thanks in advance. MINUTES AND REPORTS OF OFFICER beginning on p. 468 in RONR (11th ed.) with the Form of The Minutes example on pp. 472-473 which incorporate many of the earlier shown rules. Richard Brown Posted June 7, 2019 at 01:36 AM Report Share Posted June 7, 2019 at 01:36 AM If you want more information or examples of minutes, go to the NAP ( National Association of Parliamentarians) website. It has several publications , some very inexpensive, on minutes. www.parliamentarians.org. Once on the website, go to the bookstore.
