john crawford Posted June 11, 2019 at 01:35 PM Report Share Posted June 11, 2019 at 01:35 PM During a town council meeting a question arose that the mayor and two other council members knew nothing about. Another council member said under her breath that the papers are not complete yet. From this past January the underhanded projects, deceit for other council member and the bold face lying that has gone on in this small town has to stop. Is there any recourse that can be taken to the council member not reporting to the entire board what is being done?
Rob Elsman Posted June 11, 2019 at 01:51 PM Report Share Posted June 11, 2019 at 01:51 PM I can tell you one thing for sure: you may not deal in personalities. You can very well plan on omitting any use of "underhanded", "deceit", and "bold face lying" in the meetings. Speaking in this way is the surest way to being ejected from the meeting. Any recourse which may be available in regards to a town council member is likely to be found in applicable law (presumably the laws of the town, or possibly the laws of the state).
