Motion with an inflated price

I have just reviewed the bill book from last month and noticed the check + contract listing the true price, hundreds of dollars less.

I can't answer the why, but I don't see any rule in RONR that prevents authorizing more money for an expense than the expense cost. In general, I'd see myself moving such a motion if it were possible for the rest of the allocation to be needed, i.e. an uncertain cost, or awaiting a bill for the last few hours of work or something.
