Richard Brown Posted June 23, 2019 at 06:25 PM Report Share Posted June 23, 2019 at 06:25 PM My suggestion would be that at the next meeting, assuming it is regularly scheduled or properly called and noticed, and that a true and undisputed quorum of at least five voting members is present, the board ratify the actions taken at the meeting in question.
