Neither. Unless your rules provide otherwise, the assembly itself approves the agenda, at the meeting. An agenda provided in advance is for information only and is not binding on the assembly. Richard Brown Posted January 17, 2020 at 05:37 PM Report Share Posted January 17, 2020 at 05:37 PM Agreeing with the previous responses, if it is desired that a proposed agenda be distributed or made available to the members prior to the meeting, the president and secretary should decide between themselves who will prepare it and who will distribute it to the membership.
