Guest Madel Posted May 30, 2020 at 10:44 PM Report Share Posted May 30, 2020 at 10:44 PM A board member resigned by email and sent the resignation letter to everyone on the board but one member. The resigned member referred to that member in her letter of resignation. The president refused to share the letter. Does the only member who wasn't copied on the resignation email have a right to see the letter? Thank you.
J. J. Posted May 31, 2020 at 01:45 AM Report Share Posted May 31, 2020 at 01:45 AM A right to see the letter. Probably not unless the assembly orders it. Could someone share the letter with the one member? Sure.
