Guest Elena Posted May 28, 2020 at 10:49 PM Report Share Posted May 28, 2020 at 10:49 PM Our bylaws state that proxy vote is allowed. However, is there a limit as to the number of proxies one member can submit? A member who was not going to be present at an election to the board of directors, gave one proxy vote to person A so she can vote for person B to get a particular position. At the same time, the same member gave a proxy vote to person B to vote for person A for a different position. Is this allowed? Can proxies be given to different people at the same meeting???
