Resignation and voting

Once an officer has submitted their resignation, are they still allowed to attend meetings and vote if it is prior to the effective date?

If it is prior to the effective date, then they are still in that office and have all of the rights and duties of that office. So it seems fairly obvious that the answer is yes, unless there's something else that we aren't being told. Why does the question arise?

And has the resignation even been accepted?
