In that meeting they changed the date of our annual meeting which in our bylaws state “ the Thursday after the first Tuesday of November “. There is no provisions in our bylaws to do this other than an amendment to bylaws which requires 30 day notice to members and a vote this is our meeting for elections to board what action do members have to insist on proper date.
