Last year a mistake was made and the wrong half got elected, How can we correct this mistake. Quote

Each shall be elected for two year terms. In order to maintain continuity on the Board of Directors, the President, and Treasurer shall be elected in odd numbered years; the Vice President and Secretary shall be elected in even numbered years. The Directors shall each serve two year terms. Quote

The Directors shall each serve two year terms. Thank you for posting the exact language. Your vice president's and treasurer's terms were up in 2020; they were validly elected. Likewise the people that were directors, president and secretary, elected in 2020 are not properly elected and the people holding them before should return (46:49 b). Those positions will be up for election this year A point of order should be raised (possibly with an appeal) to straighten this out. Is this a situation where this is an honest mistake? I would suggest you include a term of office for the two directors, i.e. when they will be elected. You may also want to a clause stating that the term on office will continue until their successors are elected (see 56:30 for the exact wording options). Quote
