Now observe the list on the facing page 45 or 4:49, if you please.

"Depending on the voting method...as follows:

a)..."

Now open your 11th edition on page 50. Voilà ! There is the explanation. The list used to be bulleted but is no longer bulleted in the 12th. The text in the second paragraph on page 49 (11th) remained unchanged after it became 4:46 in the 12th. (Items in the bulleted list are mentioned in the same style as other paragraphs and is the reason why the list is now lettered. They just forgot to change 4:46.)

Mr. Gerber, can I receive one "attaboy" for this one? Just one.
