Guest Sylvia Posted February 4, 2021 at 04:39 PM Report Posted February 4, 2021 at 04:39 PM I belong to an organization whose by laws state that if there is an open Board position (resignation, moved, etc) the Chair appoints a temporary until an election can be held at the next regular meeting. We currently have two positions vacant on the Board. We meet by Zoom because of the pandemic and rarely have a quorum to transact business. We have guests join in but not enough elected members to vote. How can we fill the Board positions until we can have in person or online meetings where there is a quorum to vote and elect new Board members. There is almost two years remaining on current Board positions. Quote
