We have moved our Meetings to a Virtual Meeting (By Laws reflect). We share all written repots a week prior in our secure system. All board members and anyone who responds to attend the meeting all have access to the written reports.  The question is, do we also have to verbally share the report.  We do allow time for questions, comments and reflection on all reports.

It does depends on what your bylaws say about this. RONR does not ask to verbally share the report. It does prescribe that the report is added to the minutes if it is adopted (and not merely received, RONR advises against adoption of reports) motions following from reports do need to be verbally shared and added to the minutes.

Provided the reports in question are for information only and do not contain recommendations, it is at the assembly's discretion whether the reports shall be read.
