Gender Neutrality

I have been updating a ceremony that refers to members as Madame or Mr. when addressing their position held , such as Madame Treasurer. We are looking to be gender neutral that fits with today’s climate. Any thoughts you may have would be appreciated. Thank you.

I do not have a choice. Parents and students would like this to occur. Identifying students based on gender during meetings with Madame and Mr. just does not apply to all anymore. We have suggestions like…the secretary… but was looking for ideas from you pros😁

Thank you

I don't suppose they would prefer "Master" and "Miss"?
