Guest Lisa Posted July 11, 2021 at 04:48 PM Report Share Posted July 11, 2021 at 04:48 PM I have been updating a ceremony that refers to members as Madame or Mr. when addressing their position held , such as Madame Treasurer. We are looking to be gender neutral that fits with today’s climate. Any thoughts you may have would be appreciated. Thank you.

Guest Lisa Posted July 11, 2021 at 09:42 PM Report Share Posted July 11, 2021 at 09:42 PM I do not have a choice. Parents and students would like this to occur. Identifying students based on gender during meetings with Madame and Mr. just does not apply to all anymore. We have suggestions like…the secretary… but was looking for ideas from you pros😁 Thank you

Benjamin Geiger Posted July 11, 2021 at 10:47 PM Report Share Posted July 11, 2021 at 10:47 PM Do you have the time before each ceremony to ask each person in question which honorific they would prefer?
