The edition was translated by a Carlos Palomar, with a few mistakes, and printed by an outfit called UTEHA in Mexico City in 1968, and to my knowledge out of print long ago. If you Google "Reglas de Orden de Robert" you may see a picture in a brownish-red almost orange color. I tried contacting them in the past but received no answer. Good luck.
