Zoom dropped meeting call.

Board of Directors Executive Committee meeting on Zoom was dropped by Zoom at end of meeting but before Chair had called for a motion to adjourn.  How should this be noted in the Minutes?

How does a meeting get "dropped by Zoom"?

We are meeting via Zoom due to Covid. This has worked well for a year but this week the call - and the meeting - was ended, evidently by Zoom (or by 5 individual computers), just before there'd been a motion to adjourn.   There had been no other new business brought up by members so, according to some other threads here, I believe we can say the meeting was ended by consensus, instead of with a motion and vote.  Do you agree?

If the host didn't have a paid account, the meeting might have gone past the 40-minute limit for free accounts. Or there might have been a technical glitch.

Host is a non-profit business.  They do have an account so we are thinking it was a glitch.
