Jacquelyn ODonnell Posted November 17, 2021 at 08:34 PM Report Share Posted November 17, 2021 at 08:34 PM It is being argued that at the board meeting, the chair ended debate when there were no more green or red cards being held. There were some people still holding yellow cards. The motion passed. There were no abstentions. Was this vote valid, and if no one objected to the vote being taken at that time, can it be revisited a week after the meeting? Thank you. A point of order regarding improperly ending debate must be immediate. An adopted main motion can usually be amended or rescinded unless it has already been carried out. See §35 in RONR. That must be done at a regular or properly called meeting. Edited November 17, 2021 at 08:45 PM by George Mervosh
