While looking on the main page for the FAQ I see that it's available now!  Ordering it today.

Thank you, George.

The product guide can be downloaded from https://robertsrules.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/RONR-12-CD-Quick-Reference-Guide.pdf

I purchased the thumb drive since my laptop at home doesn't have a CD in it.  Just installed it on my work desktop.  Easy as pie.  Basically a carbon copy of the 11th Edition's CD in terms of the layout.  Enjoy using it!

Great!

Don't forget to copy the PDF user guide and ancillary material files to your computer as well. (The PDF ancillary materials are available from within the program even if not copied separately, but if I recall correctly the PDF user guide is not.)

Almost everything there has been extensively updated, especially the user guide and the roll-call voting instructions. And there's a brand-new quick reference for assignment of the floor (preference in recognition).

Users of the previous edition should be especially sure to read the instructions regarding installing both versions on the same computer, and also the new navigation methods for going to a page number.

The user guide has been completely rewritten and is well worth reading.

the CD/USB seems a great initiative. Where can I get answers to a few technical questions about it?

You can download the product guide from https://robertsrules.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/RONR-12-CD-Quick-Reference-Guide.pdf

If you still have questions, American Legal Publishing should be able to help.

Non-tech person asking a question for a friend: Is it possible to install the electronic RONR onto a Google Drive (either a Shared Drive or My Drive), or does it have to be installed on a network?

I suggest emailing the folks at American Legal Publishing via techsupport at amlegal dot com.
