Barring some odd regulation in your bylaws, I think not.

The term ex officio means "arising out of the office", i.e., the person is a member because of the other office or position they hold.  If they no longer hold the office, for whatever reason, they stop being an ex-officio member.

But the devil may be hiding in the details.
