Newteach201 Posted April 19, 2023 at 06:36 PM Report Share Posted April 19, 2023 at 06:36 PM Hello! Our Bylaws require a first reading of a bylaw amendment before it is voted on during a second meeting, 27 days later. During the first reading, does there need to be quorum at the meeting? THANKS! And then you added to it, too, but, thankfully, without adding to the already correct answer! I was actually rather surprised that no one had given in to the urge to repeat the correct answer or to elaborate. I have no regrets.
