Guest Kymo Posted April 22, 2023 at 07:13 PM Report Share Posted April 22, 2023 at 07:13 PM We had an annual board meeting this week where two board members positions were being voted on, neither of the board members said they were going to run again nor were they on the ballot, once the voting started one of the remaining members made a motion to add one of the out going members to the ballot. Is this allowed once voting has started we had probably collected 1/2 the votes when the motion was made.
Gary Novosielski Posted April 23, 2023 at 06:19 AM Report Share Posted April 23, 2023 at 06:19 AM Nothing is permitted to interrupt voting. Yet someone apparently was recognized by the chair? Why? And after they were somehow allowed to make a motion, what happened next?
