Please provide additional facts, such as: What exactly is the situation here? You refer to an "accused person." Is this some sort of disciplinary proceeding? What is the nature of the documents in question? What exactly is your question? I assume the questions are whether the President is required to share the documents with the board and/or the accused person and, if not, whether (and how) the board can require the President to do so, but please clarify if this is not correct.
