If the bylaws say that a quorum is nine members and you only have five now it would be imposssible to obtain a quorum. However, have the resignatons been formally accepted by the Board? If not, one option to get around this is to stagger the accepting o"

The fact that ten board members (including all officers) resigned at once suggests they might not be cooperative enough to attend meetings pending the acceptance (or not) of their resignations. But who knows. Maybe four of them are (belatedly) mature enou"
