Definition of a "Meeting"

There is nothing is RONR that states that you "as a homeowner" (but not a BOD member) have a right to know what the BOD is up to whether in a real meeting or one of the BOD's "practice" gatherings (whatever they are).

The fact that a number of directors get together for informal discussions does not mean that a MEETING being held, even if there are enough members to constitute a quorum. People get together all the time.
