RONR doesn't deal with proxies, other than defining them, so your proxy rules will have to be the source of any answer to your question.

That's what I thought, after the fact! Thankfully, the proxy didn't get enough votes, so it's a non-issue, now I'm just trying to decide if we show the nomination in the minutes or not (I'm thinking "not" because it wouldn't be valid anyhow, so"
