elvis123 Posted May 27, 2010 at 11:12 PM Report Share Posted May 27, 2010 at 11:12 PM The professional association I belong to had its Annual General Meeting attended by about 125 members. At this business meeting a Resolution was unanimously passed by the membership. The Executive Director spoke after the Resolution was passed and said that the 14 member Board of Directors would look at the Resolution at the next Board meeting and they would decide if the Resolution would be acted upon or not. Can the Board of Directors decide to not carry out a Resolution the membership have voted on ?
