Guest Debbie Posted May 28, 2010 at 07:38 PM Report Share Posted May 28, 2010 at 07:38 PM I have a question: our association was made aware of a training opportunity with one of the local courts that will go live with efiling in just a couple of weeks. The board decided, via email, that they would go ahead and offer the training to the full membership. I was under the impression that decisions such as this are considered null & void if done via email, but the VP wants to ratify the board's decision at the next board meeting? Make sense? Can we do this? Thanks.
