Guest Darlene Posted May 30, 2010 at 10:39 PM Report Share Posted May 30, 2010 at 10:39 PM Can minutes of a board meeting be reviewed and approved via e-mail, or must they be read and approved at the next meeting? What if corrections need to be made? Can minutes be distributed to other members if they have not been approved by the board prior to the next meeting? Once the secretary submits the draft minutes for approval (at the next meeting) official corrections can be made.Remember that the minutes are not the minutes until they're approved.
