Guest Alli Posted June 4, 2010 at 10:18 PM Report Share Posted June 4, 2010 at 10:18 PM An outside organization is having a meeting in our board room and we have to notice the public of this meeting. Does our Board President have to call the meeting to order even if there is no quorum?

The chair (president?) of the outside organization should call the meeting to order.By the way, you posted this topic in the wrong forum so it might be moved.
