Treasurer's Report

I have a question about doing a Treasurer's report. Our club allows for a car allowance for taking money to and from the bank, but they don't want it in the report. They only want to list it as Misc. allowance, is that proper? Thought all expenses have to be spelled out.

It's up to your club to determine how detailed it wants the treasurer's report to be. The monthly report, for example, might be less detailed than the annual report.
