Guest rigo Posted July 8, 2010 at 03:02 AM Report Share Posted July 8, 2010 at 03:02 AM If an officer position is created to allow a person to hold office and that person fails to meet the qualifications of that office, he is of course not allowed to hold that office. Since the office was not a required position do we need to fill the office with another person or can we or must we just disolve the office with a simple motion? Do we make a motion not to fill it or do we recind the previous motion that created the opening?
