Josh Martin Posted July 9, 2010 at 03:33 AM Report Share Posted July 9, 2010 at 03:33 AM If you are not able to be present at a meeting to make a motion to table an application for membership ( for falisifying age), is it possible to do it by written letter to the membership? Or does it have to be done verbally ?I suspect the motion you want is the motion to Postpone Definitely, not the motion to Lay on the Table. (FAQ #12) The motion must still be made in person, of course.
