I STATED TO THE CHAIR, THAT THIS MOTION IS NOT IN ORDER, AND HE SHOULD BRING THIS UP UNDER NEW BUSINESS, THEN ANOTHER OFFICER TOLD THE CHAIR, WE CAN VOTE ON IT NOW. WHO WAS RIGHT?PLEASE ADVISE.
