Guest MC Posted July 14, 2010 at 02:28 PM Report Share Posted July 14, 2010 at 02:28 PM HOA Board meeting with a 9-member board. Due to new laws, any unit owner can come to the meeting and be allowed to speak. There are certain reasons that we can go into executive session. We have an office person who usually sits in on the board meetings because she is the one who is in contact with contractors, owners, etc. Is executive session limited to only the 9 Board members or can we have her in executive session? Are exec session minutes kept separately from board minutes?
