Guest Jim Posted July 14, 2010 at 04:02 PM Report Share Posted July 14, 2010 at 04:02 PM To change our annual membership meeting date will effect other By-Law Article's where dates are based on the annual meeting. Can all the changes be lumped together under one vote or must each Article and Section be voted on independently?
George Mervosh Posted July 14, 2010 at 04:23 PM Report Share Posted July 14, 2010 at 04:23 PM You can indeed lump it all together into one vote. Depending on the wording, any member might be able to demand a separate vote on any one change presented, but we can't tell since we don't have the wording (and don't post it here either). George Mervosh Posted July 14, 2010 at 04:32 PM Report Share Posted July 14, 2010 at 04:32 PM See RONR, pp. 105-106 to determine if a separate vote might be demanded.
